La presente recensione, altamente positiva, si riferisce all'assistenza Dacia prestata dall'officina ABS in occasione del 1°tagliando (al 1° anno di età): officina per me sconosciuta effettuo, su prenotazione, il primo tagliando e faccio notare un elenco di difetti/problemi sufficientemente rognosi.
Serietà, educazione, rispetto del cliente, pazienza e soprattutto preparazione.
Tutto eseguito nei tempi e nei modi risolvendo in garanzia diverse problematiche; per me, dopo diverse delusioni, una piacevole scoperta.
Finchè lavoreranno con questa mentalità mi avranno sicuramente come cliente.

This highly positive review refers to the Dacia assistance provided by the ABS workshop on the occasion of the 1st service (at the 1st year of age): a workshop unknown to me I carry out, upon reservation, the first service and I point out a list of sufficiently mangy defects / problems.
Reliability, education, respect for the customer, patience and above all preparation.
All carried out on time and in the manner, solving various problems under warranty; for me, after several disappointments, a pleasant discovery.
As long as they work with this mentality they will surely have me as a customer.
