★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scoperto per puro caso non sapendo che avesse aperto proprio vicino casa, ci sono andata cercando un prodotto ( Alessio ) si è veramente fatto in quattro per aiutarmi a scegliere e trovare quello che desideravo, mi ha seguito passo passo nell'acquisto rispondendo alle mie infinite domande in maniera veramente preparata, professionale, attento e predisposto all' ascolto cosa che non è stata assolutamente così in un altro Unieuro poco distante. mi ha consigliato cosa acquistare e in cosa sbagliavo a cercare, alla fine aveva ragione Lui, mi sono fatta un bel regalo.
Per fortuna ancora esiste la Disponibilità e Cortesia. Questo sappiate che sa fare la differenza perché nei giorni d’oggi è una dote rara.
Se fosse stato possibile avrei messo 10 stelle.
Discovered by pure chance not knowing that he had opened just near home, I went looking for a product (Alessio) he really went out of his way to help me choose and find what I wanted, he followed me step by step in the purchase by answering my endless questions in a truly prepared, professional, attentive and ready to listen way, something that was absolutely not the case in another nearby Unieuro. he advised me what to buy and what I was looking for wrong, in the end he was right, I got myself a nice gift.
Fortunately, there is still availability and courtesy. This know that it can make a difference because nowadays it is a rare gift.
If it were possible I would have put 10 stars.
