★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero pessimo. Ogni volta che sono entrata in quel negozio per informazioni o per acquistare qualcosa nessuno ti dà retta. Capisco che uno lavora ma la cortesia nel salutare quando uno entra ed esce dal negozio é la prima cosa. Mai più!!
 Really bad. Every time I walk into that shop for information or to buy something, no one listens to you. I understand that one works but the courtesy in greeting when one enters and leaves the shop is the first thing. Never again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia e rodimento è di casa,al telefono non risponde mai nessuno un acquisto che feci andato a pu***ne x un loro disguido,1000€ spesi 20 dopo 20giorni che nn li consegnavano dovetti richiedere l annullamento x poi farmeli rimborsare dopo 7 giorni,dato che volevano vendermi un frigo e lavatrice esposte,non imballate e cmq "usate". E meno male che mi servivano con urgenza
Unkindness and gnawing is at home, no one ever answers on the phone a purchase that I made went to hell for a mistake of theirs, € 1000 spent 20 after 20 days that they did not deliver them I had to request cancellation x then have them refunded after 7 days , since they wanted to sell me a fridge and washing machine on display, unpackaged and "used" anyway. Luckily, I needed them urgently

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato un iPhone 13 con ritiro e pagamento in questo negozio . Ho chiamato per sapere quando arrivava e al telefono erano scocciati e non mi hanno voluto dire nulla. Unieuro garantisce il tax free e invece in questo punto vendita me l’hanno negato.
Ordered an iPhone 13 with pickup and payment at this shop. I called to find out when he was coming and they were annoyed on the phone and didn't want to say anything. Unieuro guarantees tax free but in this store they denied it to me.

Impeccable service. After a breakdown on a dishwasher purchased a year ago, the shop manager intervened at the manufacturer to ensure an intervention under warranty in time at my home. Great courtesy and professionalism!

Ho ordinato un prodotto on line con consegna presso lo Store e non avendo avuto più notizie del ritiro mi sono recata in negozio dove ahimè ho trovato personale non idoneo al pubblico. Non solo non ho trovato risposte circa la mancata consegna del prodotto che, ovviamente, ho dovuto annullare come ordine, ma mi sono addirittura ritrovata a dover difendermi dalla maleducazione del titolare, a mio avviso, totalmente inadeguato nei modi e incompetente sulla procedura di ritiro in Store.
Rudeness and arrogance. I ordered a product online with delivery at the Store and having no more news of the withdrawal, I went to the store where, alas, I found staff not suitable for the public. Not only did I not find answers about the non-delivery of the product which, of course, I had to cancel as an order, but I even found myself having to defend myself from the rudeness of the owner, in my opinion, totally inadequate in the ways and incompetent on the withdrawal procedure in Store.
