È inutile andare nei grandi megastore perché loro hanno tutto e soprattutto la professionalità è imbattibile. Ciò ancora prima che diventassero franchising. Ottimo prezzo e fantastiche offerte.
A tutto quanto suddetto aggiungo che, dopo aver acquistato un computer portatile ad un prezzo concorrenziale mai visto, il caso ha voluto che dopo un mese circa di è purtroppo guastato. Mi sono recata al negozio disperata non sapendo come fare per lavorare in smart working...non è stato necessario chiedere aiuto perché dopo due minuti avevano già aperto un ticket per l'assistenza. Hanno provveduto a tutto loro anche per spedizione A/R.
Sono stupefacenti e sensibili alle necessità del cliente.
They are fantastic for both competence and courtesy. I am a certainty and I have been buying everything from them for 20 years. It is useless to go to the big megastores because they have everything and above all the professionalism is unbeatable. This even before they became franchises. Great price and fantastic offers.
To all of the above I add that, after buying a laptop at a competitive price never seen, the case has wished that after about a month of it is unfortunately spoiled. I went to the store desperate not knowing how to work in smart working ... it was not necessary to ask for help because after two minutes they had already opened a ticket for assistance. They took care of everything even for return shipping.
They are amazing and sensitive to customer needs.
