V	Vincenzo Spoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercoledì 10 febbraio 2021 ho preso appuntamento per un Intervento per guasto alla lavastoviglie. Mi danno appuntamento per venerdì 12 dalle 14 alle 18. Venerdì 12 nessuno si è presentato. Chiamo il centro e dopo 7 telefonate mi rispondono e mi dicono che non risulta alcun appuntamento e che può succedere ... ma scherziamo??? Neanche una scusa!!! VERGOGNA!!! Io ho atteso tutto il pomeriggio a casa credendo fossero professionisti. Errore... Adesso mi si dice che c’è stato un problema ai sistemi ma non è quello che mi hanno detto al telefono. Una volta mi hanno chiuso il telefono dopo avermi messo in attesa per verifiche e la seconda volta in modo molto maleducato mi hanno detto che è così e basta. Per non contare le chiamate senza ricevere mai risposta. Il mio telefono poi se avete avuto problemi ai sistemi come lo avete recuperato? Dalla telefonata di stasera? Dubito. Comunque sono sempre raggiungibile e nessuno mi ha chiamato stasera. Fa nulla mi rivolgerò a professionisti veri. On Wednesday, February 10, 2021, I made an appointment for a dishwasher failure intervention. They give me an appointment for Friday 12th from 2pm to 6pm. Friday 12th nobody showed up. I call the center and after 7 phone calls they answer me and tell me that there is no appointment and that it can happen ... but are we kidding ??? Not even an excuse !!! SHAME!!! I waited all afternoon at home believing they were professionals. Mistake... Now I am told that there was a problem with the systems but that is not what they told me on the phone. Once they closed my phone after putting me on hold for verification and the second time in a very rude way they told me that it is just like that. To not count the calls without ever being answered. My phone then if you have had system problems how did you recover it? From the phone call tonight? I doubt. However, I am always reachable and no one has called me tonight. Never mind I will turn to real professionals.

Pochissimo affidabile. Non riparano bialetti. Don't go for bialetti product repairs. The shop is on the web, but the owner or whoever denies having ever advertised on the web. Mah. Very little reliable. They do not repair bialetti.

Intervento velocissimo e tecnico bravissimo, nello specifico Mido, che ringrazio di cuore. Un tecnico competente e professionista vero. I needed two separate interventions years later on two different appliances and I have always been satisfied. Very fast and very good technical intervention, specifically Mido, whom I sincerely thank. A competent technician and a true professional.

Ha diagnosticato in 2 minuti di intervento la vasca bucata praticamente senza fare nessun tipo di prova o riscontro decretando di fatto l'acquisto di una nuova. Ha incassato il prezzo della chiamata di 45 euro ed è fuggito via. Grazie a tutorial, con un po' di pazienza ho trovato il guasto dovuto ad una perdita sulla resistenza...in sostanza un pezzo da sostituire per la modica cifra di 30 euro. Pessima esperienza non lo consiglio assolutamente a meno che non si vogliano regalare/spendere i soldi della chiamata! In 2 minutes of surgery he diagnosed the tub with holes practically without doing any kind of test or feedback, decreeing the purchase of a new one. He took the price of the call of 45 euros and ran away. Thanks to tutorials, with a little patience I found the failure due to a loss on the resistance ... basically a piece to be replaced for the modest sum of 30 euros. Bad experience I absolutely do not recommend it unless you want to give / spend the money of the call!
