★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the beginning of this year I’ve been in media world Fumicino. I returned the heater that I bought because it was too weak for my apartment. Now I am in my country and never get my money back. I went to the shop I gave back the product and they told me that I will get my money back on my bank account but it never happened. I don’t understand Italian perfectly so I am not able to contact with them by the phone. So I did report the problem by INSTAGRAM! I got maybe 3 emails that they are going to fix the problem... now it’s been about 5 months and still nothing happened. I don’t recommend buying anything there!!!!! I feel cheated by this company!!!!!!!

-2 for customer service. 45 min looking for a washingmaschine and wasn’t ask if I need help, all I saw was one guy actually working, some sale assistances playing on their cell… I am honestly overwhelmed by the number of choices, I would have needed help…
