★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A febbraio mi hanno venduto dei prodotti di marca fuori produzione a mia insaputa , che dopo circa una settimana sono risultati difettosi , negandomi il cambio e facendomi tantissimi problemi oltre ad uno scarica barili con l’assistenza durato mesi .
ad oggi siamo ai primi di ottobre è ancora non ho risolto , e probabilmente non si risolvero fino a quando non ricomprerò tutto nuovo di altra marca .
Per la mia esperienza non ho ricevuto la dovuta assistenza , anzi credo invece avessero bisogno di svuotarsi il magazzino , consapevoli di causarmi un disagio , ma essendo interessato soltanto ai miei soldi se ne sono totalmente fregati , assistenza zero sia davanti al bancone che dopo l’acquisto , oltre ai modi poco simpatici di parlare con me che avevo un problema .
Quanto ho capito loro come punto vendita interessa lavorare soltanto con gli installatori che probabilmente trattano bene e consigliano al meglio il privato spendendogli poco per loro è di poco interesse e pertanto lo trattano male .
Detto questo in sintesi e senza citare la marca che anche lì come assistenza ci sarebbe molto da parlare , io SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE a qualunque privato voglia acquistare di evitare questo negozio

as of today we are in early October and I still haven't solved it, and they probably won't be solved until I buy everything new from another brand.
In my experience I have not received the necessary assistance, in fact I believe instead they needed to empty the warehouse, aware of causing me discomfort, but being interested only in my money they totally didn't care, zero assistance both in front of the counter and after the purchase, in addition to the unpleasant ways of talking to me that I had a problem.
As I understand them, as a point of sale, they are interested in working only with installers who probably treat them well and advise the private sector in the best way, spending little for them is of little interest and therefore they treat it badly.
Having said this in summary and without mentioning the brand that even there as assistance there would be a lot to talk about, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND any private individual who wants to buy to avoid this shop.
