★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tecnico che si è presentato ha chiesto 250€ sostenendo che il pezzo della lavatrice da sostituire da solo venisse 120€. Gli ho detto che ci avrei pensato perché avevo bisogno di un secondo parere e ha chiesto 50€ per la chiamata senza darmi la ricevuta nonostante me l'avesse fatta firmare. Ho poi chiamato il numero dell'azienda e mi hanno detto che la chiamata veniva 25€, senza ricevuta purtroppo non ho modo di provare il comportamento criminoso del tecnico. Il pezzo che secondo lui veniva 120€ l'ho poi comprato in un normalissimo negozio di ricambi a 14€. Il tecnico che ha poi effettuato la riparazione ha chiesto meno della metà di quanto aveva chiesto lui. Esperienza pessima. Sconsiglio di chiamarli per qualsiasi problematica.

Mi hanno fatto aspettare un mese per la sostituzione della scheda della lavatrice e quando ho deciso di annullare l'ordine e comprarne una nuova visti i tempi di attesa biblici, si sono tenuti i soldi che avevo lasciato al tecnico poichè non aveva il resto considerandoli come un acconto. Soldi che nonostante l'ordine sia stato annullato e nonostante il fatto che non abbia mai sottoscritto un preventivo non vogliono restituire. Stiamo parlando di 20 euro. Quindi non solo non ho ottenuto la riparazione ma mi hanno rubato dei soldi per un servizio che non è mai stato fornito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TRUFFATORI PROFESSIONISTI! Mi hanno detto che la pompa di scarico di una lavatrice rotta andava sostituita e che costava 127€. Ovviamente non glieli ho dati. Ho guardato su internet il prezzo della pompa. Costa 22€! Nel preventivo poi volevano 65 € di manodopera per un lavoro che richiede 1 minuto. Sono senza vergogna! Evitateli!!!

per una riparazione di un frigorifero (ghiacciava troppo) ci hanno chiesto 220 euro per la ricarica gas ma dopo 15 giorni il problema si è ripresentato.
Alla seconda chiamata si è presentato un altro tecnico dicendo che era un problema del motore e di conseguenza era da cambiare il frigorifero.
Il tecnico ci ha proposto due soluzioni: la prima, pagare 70 euro per la chiamata, la seconda possibilità era di comprare un altro frigorifero da loro con lo "sconto" di 290 euro(220 il primo intervento più 70 della seconda chiamata).
Paghiamo 760 euro(quindi sarebbe costato 1050 euro) ed il tecnico ci offre un frigorifero Ariston senza spiegarci il modello.
Arrivato oggi il frigorifero e scopriamo che lo stesso modello è in vendita in più negozi a 400 euro compreso di trasporto e montaggio (perché frigorifero da incasso).
DIFFIDATE DAL CHIAMARLI, rivolgetevi ad altre ditte oneste .

for a repair of a refrigerator (it was freezing too much) they asked for 220 euros for the gas refill but after 15 days the problem came back.
On the second call another technician showed up, saying that it was an engine problem and consequently the fridge had to be changed.
The technician proposed two solutions: the first, paying 70 euros for the call, the second possibility was to buy another refrigerator from them with the "discount" of 290 euros (220 the first intervention plus 70 of the second call).
We pay 760 euros (so it would have cost 1050 euros) and the technician offers us an Ariston fridge without explaining the model.
Today the refrigerator arrived and we discover that the same model is on sale in more stores at 400 euros including transport and assembly (because built-in refrigerator).
DEFY FROM CALLING THEM, contact other honest companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tecnico Aster dichiara necessario cambio scheda elettronica su mia REX TECNA LAVASTOVIGLIE che mostra sul display segnale di guasto. Preventiva costo 380€ + IVA e suggerisce installazione nuovo elettrodomestico. Perplesso elevata previsione costo (ho da poco cambiato scheda su lavatrice per 180€) chiamo altra ditta suggerita da Elettrolux il cui tecnico letto codice errore immediatamente riconosce guasto come allarme per rischio allagamento dovuto a perdite interne e in breve ripara elettrodomestico per 170€ !!!!! Incompetenza o forse peggio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per un semplice motivo: dovevo cambiare la gomma dell'oblò e leggendo le recensioni precedenti, menomale che già mi ero procurata la gomma nuova da sola, altrimenti mi avrebbero sparato 200 euro solo per il pezzo, che ho pagato 30 euro.
Vi racconto la mia esperienza: il tecnico si presenta nell'orario prestabilito, gli facciamo vedere il problema e si barrica nel bagno, non permettendoci di poter vedere come stava procedendo il lavoro; vedendo che stava passando troppo tempo, mio nonno gli domanda se non fosse meglio chiamare un'altro del suo stesso team, fin quando il ragazzo non si rivolge in modo sgarbato ed aggressivo a mio nonno che è un anziano, asserendo che se riteneva che non fosse in grado di risolvere il problema potevamo chiamare qualcun'altro. Alla fine del lavoro ci chiede 60 euro solo per la chiamata ( e ci può stare perchè era un pronto intervento) e 90 per l'intervento ( sostituzione di una gomma dell'oblò), per un totale di 150, cosa che parlando con altri idraulici il massimo che avrebbero potuto chiedere era 70/80 euro. Quello che lamento io è la forte maleducazione di questo tizio e il fatto che mi sembra di vedere che i prezzi della chiamata variano a seconda di come gira al tecnico.
Il mio consiglio più caloroso è di non contattarli nemmeno per errore

At the end of the work he asks us 60 euro for the call (and there may be because it was an emergency) and 90 for the intervention (replacing a porthole rubber), for a total of 150, which speaking with other plumbers the maximum they could have asked for was 70/80 euros. What I complain about is the strong rudeness of this guy and the fact that I seem to see that the prices of the call vary depending on how he turns to the technician.
My warmest advice is not to contact them even by mistake
