I called for assistance for a dishwasher a 'technician' arrived and in 2 minutes he reattached the tube with a plastic band ... 50 € ... after 2 days. say new water leak comes back annoyed and has not fixed it! ... money and lost time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata a chiedere informazioni/spiegazioni riguardante un telefono acquistato 1 settimana fa in questo punto vendita.
Uno degli addetti è stato molto scortese. Non ha neanche capito il problema che subito ha avanzato l'ipotesi di un problema al microfono dovuto a una conseguente caduta -(Il telefono non è caduto neanche su un cuscino).
Tutto quello che hanno saputo fare è stato liquidarmi con il numero e l'indirizzo del centro assistenza dall'altra parte di Roma.
Ringrazio uno dei ragazzi che almeno una "finta prova" di capire il problema,maneggiando il telefono, l' ha fatto.
Fatto sta che avevate una cliente....ora l'avete persa!!
I went to ask for information / explanations regarding a phone purchased 1 week ago in this store.
One of the staff was very rude. He did not even understand the problem that immediately put forward the hypothesis of a microphone problem due to a consequent fall - (The phone did not even fall on a pillow).
All they were able to do was clear me with the number and address of the assistance center on the other side of Rome.
I thank one of the guys who at least one "fake try" to understand the problem, handling the phone, did it.
The fact is that you had a customer .... now you have lost it !!
