Per qualsiasi problema o perplessità le educatrici sono sempre a disposizione anche telefonicamente. La cuoca fantastica con le sue ricette e molto simpatica. Il suo aiuto culinario è stato fondamentale. Importanti i consigli per la sanificazione di casa e dei giocattoli dei ns cuccioli. Tutte molto gentili!!! Inoltre la struttura in se, per chi volesse essere molto puntiglioso, è rigorosamente a norma, cosa che ho notato immediatamente... deformazione professionale (sono un tecnico). Sono molto contenta e sempre più convinta di aver fatto un’ottima scelta. Complimenti a tutto il team!!! Nostra figlia di 1 anno ci è andata durante il mese di luglio perché il suo asilo era chiuso ed è stato un mese infernale sia per lei che per noi genitori. Siccome nostra figlia piangeva spesso perché era un ambiente nuovo per lei e siccome non riuscivano a tranquillizzarla, l'amministratrice dell'asilo, una donna molto rigida che vuole sempre avere ragione, diceva che era una bambina 'particolare". Ci ha fatto sentire diversi ed emarginati. Per tale motivo l’hanno fatta frequentare solo qualche ora al giorno e durante l'inserimento non volevano permettere la presenza di un genitore. Era difficilissimo parlare con lo staff, non ci ascoltava e non ci veniva incontro. Dalla nostra esperienza possiamo dire che è uno di quegli asili che mette la burocrazia al primo piano, anche prima del benessere del bambino. Un momento abbiamo considerato di portare nostra figlia lì, ma grazie a questa esperienza abbiamo cambiato idea, non la porteremo mai a questo asilo. Delusione totale!
