Il fatto è grave perchè una dipendente di un altra agenzia della stessa Unicredit (quella di corso XXII marzo) nonostante la banca fosse già chiusa da diversi minuti (sic!), vedendo la mia disperazione, mi ha aperto ed effettuato l'operazione richiesta. incompetent, unkind, unavailable.
