★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente oggi si è conclusa la mia epopea con Mps durata quasi 10 anni. Finchè era aperta la filiale di viale Corsica era ancora abbastanza gestibile ma quando hanno accorpato tutto in xxii marzo è stato un incubo. TRE, dico TRE mesi esatti per chiudere un conto corrente, non si riesce mai a parlare con nessuno, se rispondono al telefono la persona che cerchi non c'è oppure è occupata, se vai in filiale non si aprono neanche le porte. Ma tiro il fiato perchè non dovrò averci più a che fare... spero! Tra loro e quelli di via Santa Margherita è davvero difficile scegliere chi lavori peggio...
My epic story with Mps that lasted almost 10 years has finally ended today. As long as the viale Corsica branch was open it was still quite manageable but when they merged everything in March 22 it was a nightmare. THREE, I say THREE exactly months to close a current account, you can never talk to anyone, if they answer the phone the person you are looking for is not there or is busy, if you go to the branch the doors do not even open. But I take my breath away because I won't have to deal with it anymore ... I hope! Between them and those in via Santa Margherita it is really difficult to choose who works worse ...
