Alla mia richiesta di sostituire il prodotto con altro articolo la proprietaria si è prima dimostrata disponibile (alla mia richiesta via mail), mentre poi in negozio assolutamente no.
Inutile effettuare seconda riparazione, perché non ne sarebbe valsa la pena.
Really beautiful and original jewelry, but the quality is definitely not up to par. I purchased a bracelet that broke twice for a total of 7 days of use. At my request to replace the product with another item, the owner first proved to be available (to my request via email), while in the shop absolutely not.
Needless to make a second repair, because it would not have been worth it.
