r	roberto smaniotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E incredibile come siano disorganizzati in questi momenti invece di creare sportelli veloci per fare solo un operazione per altre cose si potrebbe prendere un appuntamento con il direttore! Invece aspetti ore fuori se senza copertura per eventuali eventi climatici. Che dire una Stella e anche troppo genero It is amazing how disorganized they are in these moments instead of creating quick counters to do just one operation for other things you could make an appointment with the director! Instead you wait hours outside if without cover for any weather events. What about a star and too much son-in-law
C	Carlo Capuzzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli impiegati si danno daffare e sono spesso ( non sempre) molto volonterosi , ma la disorganizzazione parte sempre dall'alto . L'informatizzazione doveva accelerare e risolvere ogni problema, invece ha moltiplicato tutto per dieci: problemi e soluzioni.In tempo di covid bisogna aspettare fuori anche con freddo ed intemperie.La burocrazia è un tiranno ma la volontà di farsi tiranneggiare dipende dai cittadini che si fanno sudditi.. e perfino schiavi compiciuti del tiranno! Employees get busy and are often (not always) very willing, but disorganization always starts from the top. Computerization had to accelerate and solve every problem, instead it multiplied everything by ten: problems and solutions.In time of covid you have to wait outside even with cold and bad weather.The bureaucracy is a tyrant but the will to be tyrannized depends on the citizens who are they make subjects .. and even complacent slaves of the tyrant!

Non c’è la possibilità di prenotare il biglietto online. Servizio di basso livello, anche rispetto agli altri uffici postali della zona. Se c’è un problema inerente a un conto o a delle operazioni non se ne riesce a venire fuori, anche dopo svariati reclami. La loro strategia è quella di non rispondere e scaricare il barile ad altri uffici, che o non ti rispondono o scaricano il barile a qualcun altro. Disorganization that reigns supreme. From the director superficial and inconclusive information, a part of unprepared and rude staff. There is no possibility to book the ticket online. Low level of service, even compared to other post offices in the area. If there is a problem inherent in an account or transactions, it cannot be resolved, even after several complaints. Their strategy is to not answer and dump the keg to other offices, which either don't reply to you or dump the keg to someone else.

Arrivati dentro abbiamo anche capito il perché: il personale era la metà del necessario, i dipendenti non sanno ciò che devono fare e quando lo capiscono sono molto lenti e alcune dipendenti si mettevano pure a chiacchierare. With my grandfather we stood in line for an hour and a half outdoors, in the dead of winter. When we got inside we also understood why: the staff was half as needed, the employees don't know what to do and when they do they are very slow and some employees even started chatting.
T	Tex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il modo con cui viene gestito dovrebbe essere ben rivisto, come per tutti gli altri uffici postali ci vuole il distributore dei numeri di attesa, così si evitano discussioni, specialmente oggi giorno che si deve attendere anche più di 1h per entrare. Inutile fare la fila fuori al freddo se poi alcuni con la scusa " vado a sedermi dentro perché fuori non posso stare come tutti gli altri fessi" poi passano avanti. Altra cosa è l'estrema lentezza degli sportelli, per le pratiche che richiedono tempo dovrebbero fare solo su appuntamento, sono stato in coda circa 1h e mezza perché solo uno sportello su due era operativo mentre l'altro era occupato a fare attività con anziani che invece di impiegare i canonici 15 minuti hanno richiesto quasi due ore. Tutto capibile nei confronti degli anziani, ma secondo me si dovrebbe gestire in modo differente o avere più sportelli per limitare i tempi di attesa. The way in which it is managed should be well revised, as for all other post offices it takes the distributor of waiting numbers, so discussions are avoided, especially today when you have to wait even more than an hour to enter. It is useless to queue outside in the cold if then some with the excuse "I'm going to sit inside because I can't stand outside like all the other fools" then move on. Another thing is the extreme slowness of the counters, for procedures that require time they should only be done by appointment, I was in the queue for about 1 hour and a half because only one counter out of two was operational while the other was busy doing activities with elderly people who instead of employing the canons 15 minutes they took almost two hours. Everything is understandable to the elderly, but in my opinion it should be managed differently or have more branches to limit waiting times.
O	Oana adri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena stata per la prima volta in questo ufficio, sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della gentilezza di tutto il personale, anche se io ho l'ufficio postale più vicino a casa( sarmeola, dove purtroppo ho riscontrato tanta maleducazione da parte di qualcuno del personale) tornerò qui a tencarola molto volentieri!

G	Gianfranco Pelizzari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recato all'ufficio postale di Tencarola, ho trovato persone competenti, gentili e disponibili che svolgono il loro lavoro nel miglior modo possibile. Ho notato anche che ci sono impiegati/e nuovi.......diamo loro il tempo di crescere, professionalmente parlando. Credo che nessuno "nasce imparato" quindi cerchiamo di essere gentili e pazienti. Ne trarremo beneficio tutti. Today I went to the post office in Tencarola, I found competent, kind and helpful people who do their job in the best possible way. I also noticed that there are new employees ....... let's give them time to grow, professionally speaking. I believe that no one is "born learned" so we try to be kind and patient. We will all benefit from it.
