β β β β β Mostly old people are working here and very hard to get any information from them in English.(its central post office)
And not any assistant to give you any information you must take the number and wait long to go at desk.
I do speak Italian. This review for those who cant speak Italian must bring someone who can spaeak Italian and you have to wait for your number minimum 30 to 45 minutes.

β β β β β This is the Center where all arrogant Padova people work. Every time Iβm here, Itβs a nightmare. The worst of the worst place to be in Italy where thereβs full of signs and instructions but still a big mess as they casually scream at you as a sport.

β β β β β The elder woman at amico window was quite insulting and hostile to us. She, only speak Italian, become angry when she found we are not good at Italian. She screamed at us. Even more than insulting, she doesn't do her work - she rejected kit for residence permit without reason, which was finally accepted by another post office nearby questura. She also told us to bring kit to questura but processing kit is poste's work. She is even a liar.
She doesn't worth a star. Why poste Italiane keep paying her salary? Why not employ young nice people?

β β β β β I got kicked out because I don't speak Italian, from what I understood the lady in the window said it's not her problem and changed the number after waiting for 1.5h. it was a lady in the booth 10 at 3pm on 19/10/21. When asked if someone spoke English in there I was ignored and then asked to leave

It is just a torture, a tradition from 90s.
We are in 2022, still this silly paper work is continuing. It can be just so easy from online and everybody can be happy.
You must go there at 7am otherwise you will wait 3 hours.
You don't need to wait to get the KIT.
It is just in the entrance, take it, fill it at home, go there tomorrow morning.
Passport copy, insurance copy, contract copy, enrollment certificate copy, tax code copy, kit by itself, put inside everything, pay, and they give you appointment for the police like after 2 months, oh Italy ?
