Le impiegate sembrano dei robot, poco inclini alla conversazione e al rapporto con il pubblico che lì entra per le grandi spedizioni. Magari un corso di relazioni umane per i dipendenti lo suggerirei a poste italiane... Mistero doloroso. Ho impressione che Padova l'abbia spedita e si sia persa nei meandri del viaggio verso Pescara o al centro di Pescara. Confermo, ferma a Pescara. IL S ERVIZIO L'HO PAGATO MA NON NE BENEFICIO EVIDENTEMENTE (avrei voluto dare 0stelle ma non si può) A shame. Casa mia è letteralmente a 1 chilometro di distanza, ma evidentemente per Poste Italiane è troppo difficile fare il loro lavoro. Farei prima ad andare di persona, ma chiaramente non si può e bisogna attendere che facciate non si sa bene cosa. Vergognatevi. Il giorno in cui Poste Italiane fallirà saremo un paese migliore. Dopo 2 mesi e mezzo il pacco arriva a casa,ma non mia,ma di un indirizzo totalmente a caso,perciò viene rispedito al mittente. Provo da giorni a chiamare ma la chiamata nemmeno parte. Insomma, tempi di attesa fuori dal comune,non sanno leggere un indirizzo su un pacco,e nella maggior parte delle volte nemmeno te lo portano, e se vuoi fare da te,andare e prenderlo da solo,nonostante hai pagato il servizio, non puoi fare nemmeno quello. Insomma,se avete bisogno di qualcosa fate prima ad andare a prenderlo a piedi che usare PosteIt. P.S. fatevi la croce e dite 10 Ave Maria, ma solo per avete la fortuna di non beccare questo posto,perché sarà un ordine perso. Se invece vi capita,ricomprate l'oggetto su Amazon o di persona,perché non vi arriverà MAI. A package arrived from China, had to arrive in Venice. Delivery time 10-15 days. Some of the postcards were received the week of March 1, 2019. yes - that’s 4 months delivery time. Others have not been received. What happens to the mail in Padua?

Does anyone ever get their parcels back? How is this even possible to exist? This is such a disgrace for italian people! Update 3 month later: my parcel has been confirmed lost (I suspect employees steal them) and I am now waiting for the bitter payment! Be careful what you put inside your parcel! Make sure you can at least replace what is inside. I can not understand why management of italian post does not fire people working there! My only explanation is they are accomplice. Again, this is a disgrace to Italy!
