I	Ilaria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMI Se avete voglia che il vostro pacco venga recapitato ad un indirizzo completamente sbagliato dall'altra parte della città, questo e' il posto che fa per voi. Il pacco doveva essere spedito da Padova al mio indirizzo di Londra. Mia madre va e detta loro il mio indirizzo lettera per lettera. Loro decidono di spedirlo da tutt'altra parte (??). Dopo giorni di ricerche, riesco finalmente a rintracciare il pacco e vado a recuperarlo. All'arrivo scopro che non solo avevano sbagliato indirizzo, ma avevano invertito il mittente con il destinatario, inserendo il nome di mia madre come destinataria del pacco. Come ciliegina, quando abbiamo chiamato per chiedere spiegazioni non hanno nemmeno avuto la decenza di scusarsi, scaricando tutta la responsabilita' su 'quelli di Londra'. bad If you want your package to be delivered to a completely wrong address on the other side of the city, this is the place for you. The package had to be sent from Padua to my address in London. My mother goes and gives them my address letter by letter. They decide to send it from somewhere else (??). After days of research, I can finally trace the package and go to retrieve it. Upon arrival I find out that not only did they have the wrong address, but they had reversed the sender with the recipient, entering my mother's name as the recipient of the package. As icing, when we called to ask for explanations they didn't even have the decency to apologize, downloading all the responsibility on 'those in London'.

Stamane mi recavo in negozio per avere informazioni relative alle caratteristiche di una spedizione.La donna di turno addetta alla consulenza, una donna di media statura con capelli corti e chiari, rispondere con toni arroganti e poco esaustivi. Forniva specifiche circa la mia richiesta in maniera sommaria,ad es. :"la scatola con dimensioni minori è come quella per contenere le scarpe". Mentre invece se avesse indicato la dimensione in unità di misura (cm) , l'indicazione si sarebbe potuta ritiene oggettivamente valida.Pertanto suggerisco di rendere disponibile delle tabelle schematiche e concise circa le suddette caratteristiche. Inoltre un atteggiamento più cortese e disponibile renderà il servizio maggiormente fruibile e apprezzato dai clienti. Absolutely inadequate staff! This morning I went to the store to get information about the characteristics of an expedition. The woman in charge of consulting, a woman of medium height with short and light hair, responds with arrogant and not very exhaustive tones. Provided specifics about my request in a summary manner, e.g. : "the box with smaller dimensions is like that to contain shoes". Whereas, if instead he had indicated the dimension in unit of measure (cm), the indication could have been considered objectively valid. Therefore I suggest to make available some schematic and concise tables about the aforesaid characteristics. Moreover, a more courteous and helpful attitude will make the service more accessible and appreciated by customers.
