I've been going to this post almost every month for years, fast service, little queue at the right times and often the staff are polite and helpful. Environment to be renewed.

Non ci tornerò mai più.
My request was simple and clear but the gentleman at the counter was nothing short of rude, incompetent and hard of hearing.
I will never go back.

Inserisco la carta, scelgo l'importo, digito il pin.
Sullo schermo mi dice di prelevare le banconote entro 30 secondi ma non esce nulla. I secondi passano e dei miei soldi nemmeno l'ombra.
Scadono e neanche mi restituisce la mia carta.
Ora mi trovo in ferie per due settimane, senza carta con cui prelevare, senza contanti con cui pagare e lo sportello dove mi sono recata a San Giuseppe di Comacchio mi dice che non posso farci niente.
Questo è il servizio che viene dato?! Complimenti.
Ovviamente, alle mie mail, nessuna risposta.

Peccato vivere in questo paese ed essere obbligati ad avere a che fare con questo ufficio postale.
Servizio pessimo, modi sgarbati.
Per tutto quello che mi è possibile mi rivolgo agli uffici postali limitrofi ma non è certo così che dovrebbe funzionare.

È uno dei classici posti da posto fisso al quale non hanno voglia di lavorare.
