An exceptional collection of beautiful art housed in sedate galleries. It was a joy to walk through each gallery and marvel at the skill of the many artists work.

Ignorant tourist alert. Very limited English details in the museum of a rather haphazard collection including Egyptology from a former resident of the city.

Really poor organisation for bag storage. The colleges at the stairs are not wearing the masks at all. When we reminded him for the third time, he even shouted at us back. And the other female colleagues upstairs tried to cover him up! Super terrible place for such staffs and organisations. Shame for Italy!

It was impossible for me to visit, as it’s missing the audio guide and I found it really useful. I don’t understand why, but I think this should be a Must for every museo, as it is more quick, and it can offer you a full visit of the place

I bought 4 tickets for 4 teenagers, of which 2 spoke Italian and 2 spoke English. I had to let them visit the Chapel and the museum alone because there weren't anymore tickets available for the adults. Anyway, we arrived there 15 minutes before the entrance, but the cashier desk was completely empty, I had to wait for a cashier to come in and print the tickets. After that, we moved to another queue where there were two women that were supposed to explain where to go and what do to next. Instead of explaining in Italian AND English at the same time (as one of them would explain things to English speakers), she explained just in Italian and I had to translate in English for the rest of the kids. This resulted in them being late for the visit at the chapel, and they let 4 kids wait outside in the line, promising them they would let them in at the next entrance, but the reality was that they had to wait 45 minutes outside because we were late and it wasn't even our fault, but their organizational fault!! It was really disturbing. When they entered they weren't even allowed to use the guided visit as the other visitors, just because they were late. After the chapel, they visited the museum which they said was very nice but lacked of any explanation in English. Everything was in Italian. It was very delusional and felt embarrassed for what they had to experience.

Excellent museum with various exhibitions. The 13 euro ticket includes the museums and the Scrovegni chapel. All the exhibitions are good with notes in Italian (some are in English as well) there are paintings, sculptures and metalwork. We spent 2.5hrs here and could have stayed longer. A great day out
