★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique experience, we were only 2 people in the chapel that just reopened. I am sure Dante was inspired by Giotto and only after seeing it is possible to fully understand what Giotto represents for the history of art.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took time for starting the welcoming video, which explains things about the chapel and the paintings inside it, so they were running late and at some point they asked us to leave the room before the video ended... We entered the chapel but we couldn't understand about the paintings and they let us stay only for few minutes... I was very disappointed

We were extremely fortunate to have RUGGERO R as our guide, who went above and beyond to ensure that we got the most from the experience - we were very appreciative. I thoroughly recommend if you are visiting Padova.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic! Reservations are required well in advance, as visitors are limited, due to climate controlled environment. You will be given a time for your reservation, and don't be late. Giotto's masterpieces are from the 1300's and were early influences on renaissance art. Padua and the Scrovegni Chapel are not to be missed.
