Ero venuta qui a prendere l'autobus, l'autista non mi ha permesso di salire e ho dovuto camminare fino alla fermata della rotonda di via S. Massimo. È indecente che un'azienda grossa come la Sita non si spenda un minimo nella comunicazione con l'utenza
