I have to compliment compliments for the professionalism, the availability and courtesy of Mrs. Carmen. Deal not concluded due to my change of plan .. but in the future, should I ever need anything, I will definitely turn to the agency of salvation inside as very satisfied of the attentions received.

Sanno perfettamente che l'immobile e' stato affidato ad altra agenzia e cercano in tutti i modi di aggirare l'ostacolo.
Se sai fare bene il tuo lavoro non usi giochetti di bassa lega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima gestione del cliente..soprattutto in caso di necessità non si viene mai ricontattati...x ben 4 sett ho chiamato x un appuntamento senza mai aver avuto una risposta...al momento dell appuntamento la signorina Carmen non è stata per niente collaborativa in merito alle richieste che avevo effettuato...pur sapendo da colleghi della stessa società che le richieste che avevo effettuato erano legittime e non contro la loro “politica”. Se dovete acquistare tramite un’agenzia tecnocasa mi permetto vivamente di sconsigliare la filiale di Selvazzano
Bad customer management..especially in case of need you are never contacted ... x well 4 weeks I called x an appointment without ever having had an answer ... at the time of the appointment Miss Carmen was not at all collaborative about the requests I had made ... although I knew from colleagues in the same company that the requests I had made were legitimate and not against their "politics". If you have to buy through a tecnocasa agency I strongly encourage you to advise against the Selvazzano branch

Siamo stati seguiti in entrambe le fasi dall'agente Carmen, che si è dimostrata estremamente professionale e scrupolosa, soprattutto dal punto di vista del rispetto delle normative, cercando di far combaciare le nostre esigenze con quelle delle controparti, in modo da trovare dei non sempre semplici punti di incontro.
Consigliatissima rispetto alle altre agenzie della zona delle quali, per correttezza non faccio i nomi, ma che si sono poste nei nostri confronti in modo tutt'altro che profesionale. Siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti dell'operato di Tecnocasa: la serietà è una dote che pochi professionisti hanno. Grazie!

We were followed in both phases by the agent Carmen, who proved extremely professional and scrupulous, especially from the point of view of compliance with regulations, trying to match our needs with those of the counterparts, so as to find not always simple meeting points.
Highly recommended compared to other agencies in the area of which, for fairness I do not make the names, but who have placed themselves against us in a way far from profesionale.
