★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultima agenzia immobiliare, in ordine di tempo, alla quale ho affidato la vendita della mia mansarda. Sul mercato da 3 anni, non riuscivo a trovare clienti interessati. Poco a poco, le visite si erano azzerate. In solo due tentativi, con Massimiliano ho invece raggiunto l'obiettivo e venduto il mio appartamento. Ho dovuto mollare un po' sul prezzo, l'ho comunque venduta a prezzo di mercato. Se avessi avuto un po' piu5di tempo a disposizione, magari con lui avrei trovato anche il terreno giusto per costruire la nuova casa. Purtroppo, non potevo però aspettare. Esperienza positiva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima agenzia, mai reperibili, se chiamano loro ti rimbalzano o addirittura ti dicono che richiamano ma invece spariscono.... Avrei dovuto vedere 3 case con loro e ne avrei comprata una sicuramente... Ma zero risposte zero disponibilità....
Bad agency, never available, if they call they bounce you or even tell you that they call back but instead they disappear .... I should have seen 3 houses with them and I would have bought one for sure ... But zero answers zero availability ....
