★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato casa con il loro supporto 2 anni fa e purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato incompetenza: la fattura è stata intestata ad un solo dei due nuovi proprietari con conseguente impossibilità di recuperarne le detrazioni all'atto del 730, ci hanno lasciato da gestire le comunicazioni al comune "casa di edilizia agevolata" e per concludere in bellezza, nonostante avessimo chiesto di verificare eventuali condomini inadempienti ci siamo ritrovati solo una volta acquistato l'immobile con un debito da risarcire al condominio di 800€!!! Non cito poi la chiusura mentale e la mancanza di disponibilità nell'accogliere richieste di collaborazione del tutto dovuta visto la tariffazione applicata!!! Sconsigliamo vivamente!
 We purchased the house with their support 2 years ago and unfortunately we found incompetence: the invoice was made out to one of the two new owners with the consequent impossibility of recovering the deductions at the time of 730, they left us to manage communications to the municipality "subsidized building house" and to conclude with a flourish, despite having asked to check for any defaulting condominiums, we found ourselves only once we purchased the property with a debt to be paid to the condominium of 800 € !!! I do not mention the mental closure and the lack of availability in accepting requests for collaboration entirely due to the pricing applied !!! We strongly advise against!

Personale spesso aggressivo e maleducato.
Dopo 2 settimane di ricerche vane con loro di immobili non idonei alle mie necessità, ho ricevuto da questa agenzia una telefonata assurda, totalmente folle e delirante, in cui mi sono stati vomitati addosso un astio e un'acredine pieni di rancore e del tutto fuori luogo.
Da quel momento, non c'è voluto molto da parte mia a interrompere immediatamente qualsiasi rapporto con questa gente e a continuare a rivolgermi ad altre agenzie molto più cordiali, professionali e attente al cliente.
Da evitare assolutamente.
Terrible agency. The absolute worst of all those I've addressed so far.
Staff often aggressive and rude.
After 2 weeks of vain searches with them of properties not suitable for my needs, I received from this agency an absurd phone call, totally crazy and delirious, in which I was spewed with hatred and bitterness full of rancor and completely out place.
From that moment, it didn't take long for me to immediately terminate any relationship with these people and to continue to address other, much more cordial, professional and customer-focused agencies.
To be avoided absolutely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di affidarmi a questa agenzia immobiliare negli ultimi tre anni sia per l'acquisto che la vendita di immobili siti a Selvazzano Dentro e Padova .
In entrambi i casi sono stata pienamente soddisfatta dal lavoro svolto dai titolari che mi hanno seguita con professionalita' e competenza, anche in merito a questioni catastali di non facile interpretazione.
Consiglio questa agenzia oltre che per la professionalita' per la cortesia e buona educazione che si respira al suo interno..
Qualita' non poi così scontate al giorno d'oggi.

In both cases, I was fully satisfied by the work done by the owners who followed me with professionalism and competence, also with regard to cadastral issues that are not easy to interpret.
I recommend this agency as well as for the professionalism for the courtesy and good education that reigns inside it ..
Quality not so obvious nowadays.

Il titolare è riuscito a trovare un acquirente in tempi ragionevoli ed abbiamo concluso la trattativa al prezzo che avevamo concordato. Buona la "promozione" dell'immobile sul mercato ed il filtro in fase di "finalizzazione". Sicuramente consigliato.
I sold a single-family unit in Tencarola at the end of 2021. The experience was positive. The owner was able to find a buyer in a reasonable time and we concluded the negotiation at the price we had agreed. Good "promotion" of the property on the market and the filter in the "finalization" phase. Definitely recommended.
