Dopo contatto telefonico ho preso appuntamento in ufficio per fornire le caratteristiche che doveva avere la casa desiderata. Dopo pochi giorni io e mia moglie ci siamo recati in agenzia. Abbiamo subito notato una grande disponibilità, gentilezza ed una atmosfera che mi ha trasmesso subito fiducia e tranquillità. Trattandosi di un investimento importante le paure ci sono e non sono poche ma dopo il primo incontro le mie paure si sono annullate. Quella stessa mattina ci hanno portato a visionare due case. La seconda casa visionata ci è subito piaciuta ed interessata. L'agenzia ci è stata vicina per tutto il percorso dimostrando serietà e dandoci serenità. Io e mia moglie ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio come se ci conoscessimo da anni eppure fino a quel giorno io non li conoscevo affatto. Non posso che spendere parole positive per il signor Giuseppe e per il figlio Tommaso sempre molto attenti e rassicuranti. In 3 mesi da quando abbiamo visto la casa (dal giorno del primo incontro) abbiamo effettuato il rogito. Grazie per quanto fatto per noi e grazie tuttora per la disponibilità post acquisto. I turned to this real estate agency for first home purchase. After telephone contact, I made an appointment at the office to provide the characteristics that the desired house must have. After a few days my wife and I went to the agency. We immediately noticed a great availability, kindness and an atmosphere that immediately gave me confidence and tranquility. Since this is an important investment, there are fears and they are not few but after the first meeting my fears were canceled. That same morning they took us to view two houses. We immediately liked and interested the second house viewed. The agency has been close to us throughout the journey showing seriousness and giving us serenity. My wife and I felt at ease as if we had known each other for years and yet until that day I didn't know them at all. I can only say positive words for Mr. Giuseppe and his son Tommaso who are always very careful and reassuring. In the 3 months since we saw the house (from the day of the first meeting) we made the deed. Thanks for what has been done for us and thanks again for the post-purchase availability. You believed in us and we believed in you. You are wonderful people. Thank you so much.
