I want to thank Sara Pezzato, of Re / Max Skuadra di Selvazzano, for her kindness and professionalism. I sold TWO homes over FOUR months, at the prices I wanted and to "special" buyers for courtesy and availability. It didn't seem real to me ... but it happened!

Si presenta bene, ma registrate bene quel che dicono (Matteo almeno), la percentuale passa dal 3 al 4% in fase di firma del mandato.
Così come l’esclusiva (che loro la chiamano semplicemente in un altro nome)o non esclusiva.
Così come la stima, a voce sparano, al momento della firma “hanno fatto meglio i conti”.
Ripeto: la coerenza di una tisana dimagrante.
Belle parole, ma i fatti sono un’altra cosa.

It looks good, but record what they say well (Matteo at least), the percentage goes from 3 to 4% when signing the mandate.
As well as the exclusive (which they simply call it in another name) or non-exclusive.
As well as the estimate, verbally fired, at the time of signing "they did the math better".
I repeat: the consistency of a slimming herbal tea.
Nice words, but the facts are another thing.

I bought an apartment by relying on the RE / MAX Skuadra agency in Selvazzano.
