Please AVOID going there! the lady (an older lady with curly burgundy hair color) that was supposed to help us with our documents was the rudest person I encountered in Florence! The first thing she did before even saying chao was kicked my friend out because she could only take one person per ticket even though at the entrance they said we could go together since we were doing the exact same thing and My friend spoke a bit of Italy so she was also translating for me. Since she was making me sign a lot of documents my friend politely asked in Italian if we could talk to someone who spoke English so we could understand better, the lady lost it and started screaming at us! My friend walked away to go look for someone else but mean while the lady turned to her coworker and they both started insulting us in Italian (she thought I didn’t know what they were saying but I can understand better than I speak the language). When my friend got back she started screaming and making sarcastic comments. We had enough and My friend asked for my documents back and she refused to give them back!!! After she was done filed the documents in the computer. she asked for my payment which it was about €120, I gave her two bills and when she was giving me the change back, she threw all the change at me!! I FELT SO INSULTED! UNWELCOME, MISTREATED and every other horrible feeling. Like I said before, AVOID THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL COST!! Is the WORSE IN ALL FLORENCE!!! HORRIBLE !!!!!
