Sono stata però da loro ricontattata per chiarire l'accaduto e trovare una soluzione. Devo dire che si sono dimostrati molto gentili. Proverò a dare al servizio una seconda chance nei prossimi mesi data la professionalità con cui è stato risolto il problema a posteriori. I had a bad experience with them with a shipment regarding an unclear promotion on their site. However, I was contacted by them to clarify what happened and find a solution. I must say that they were very kind. I will try to give the service a second chance in the coming months given the professionalism with which the problem was solved afterwards.

Ho confrontato i preventivi fatti da postini fiorentini con quelli fatti da altri vettori e li ho trovati decisamente convenienti ma la cosa che per me era fondamentale erano i tempi di consegna che sono stato rispettati al 100% anzi in un caso con un pacco che andava in California addirittura con un giorno i anticipo rispetto al tempo che mi era stato dato! Molto efficenti disponibili gentili e soprattutto una garanzia sui tempi di consegna! Lorenzo I used Florentine postmen for both national and international shipments, specifically the United States! Nonostante ripetute chiamate , non sono stati capaci di darci una spiegazione. Non usate questo servizio. Bad experience. Documents sent by a law firm as priority mail on September 27 never arrived. Brutta Esperienza, consiglio vivamente di non recarsi presso questo ufficio postale privato. NON ANDATECI!!! NON BUTTATE I VOSTRI SOLDI!!! On 11/22/2021 I went to "I Postini fiorentini" for a registered letter, to date 12/6/2021 the registered letter did not reach the recipient, after many calls to solicit the problem they did not know how to give me exhaustive answers, I also went in person asking for a refund but they acted as a barrel discharge saying that it is due to " Italian post " .
