In entrambi i giorni mi sono ritrovata l'avviso di tentata consegna nella cassetta della posta. Eravamo in tre in casa tutti e due i giorni e nell'orario in cui hanno "provato" a consegnare. Nessuno ha suonato al mio campanello. Ho chiamato per fissare una riconsegna e mi hanno detto di chiamare il giorno dopo. Sono quattro giorni che chiamo e nessuno risponde... Mi hanno costretto ad andarci per il ritiro di una raccomandata e fuori non c'é un cartello neanche scritto a penna! Tutto chiuso! Una via laterale difficile da trovare e con parcheggio scomodo! Una gentile anima passante mi ha detto che non erano in grado di consegnare delle lettere/raccomandate! Fate ridere... e questo sarebbe il concorrente di poste italiane? Come faró ad avere la mia raccomandata che gelosamente custodite nella polvere del vostro ufficio? ASSENTI, INCOMPETENTI ED INCONCLUDENTI! THE WORST OF THE WORST! They NEVER answered the phone. Numeri che non rispondono, poca professionalità, call center da Tirana che non sanno neanche di cosa stanno parlando perché non riconoscono i codici dei prodotti postali, e infine ... fanno finta di consegnare i pacchi! Ci sarebbero gli estremi per una denuncia. Ignobile servizio. Quando cominceremo a far pagare danni seri per i disservizi?! Il servizio clienti è inesistente: Nexive non fornisce tracciamento delle raccomandate alle Poste Italiane da cui prendono l'incarico di lavorazione e consegna, non mettono neanche in attesa al telefono ma danno direttamente l'occupato, insomma non rispondono del loro pessimo lavoro, che pure viene pagato in anticipo. I've been waiting for a registered letter for 20 days! The customer service is non-existent: Nexive does not provide tracking of registered mail to the Italian Post Office from which they take the order of processing and delivery, they do not even put the phone on hold but directly give the employed person, in short, they do not answer for their bad work, which also is paid in advance.
G	Giacomo Matassa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa sede non è più attiva. Sto aspettando 3 raccomandate con già 1 mese di ritardo. Sono andato di persona ed ho trovato l'azienda chiusa. A guardarla da fuori sembra vuota al suo interno. In pratica è una struttura in totale disuso e abbandono. Il piazzale all'interno è in degrado. Sono stati gettati fuori tutti gli armadietti ed è quindi presente una quantità enorme di ferraglia e materiale distrutto di vario genere. Il cancello è chiuso e non si può entrare. Ci tengo a dirlo perché già di suo non rispondono al telefono quindi smettiamo almeno di dire l'orario di apertura di questo luogo così che si possa evitare viaggi inutili. Continuerò la mia disperata ricerca del materiale acquistato nella vana speranza di trovarlo. This office is no longer active. I'm waiting for 3 recommended with already 1 month late. Y	Ylenia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, aspetto da 2 giorni una presunta consegna mai avvenuta, ogni giorno aspetto in casa il corriere non passa e puntualmente compare sul tracciamento mancata cosegna per destinatario assente, stranamente in casa siamo in due e nessuno sente il citofono, che ovviamente però funziona quando passa il postino invece, oppure i vicini solo per questo corriere no, il mio pacco ha attraversato mezza Europa intatto fino ad arrivare in mano loro che in 300 metri sono stati in grado di fare tutto ciò e ora molto probabilmente verrà rispedito al mittente perché non ti danno neanche modo di ritirarlo di persona, deve ricontattarli il venditore peccato sia quasi impossibile per quanto riguarda le piattaforme online avere contatti con il venditore. Vergognosi, spero di non avere più a che fare con loro per nessun motivo. Il livello è il più basso che abbia mai riscontrato.
