B	Booshra Nasri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avrei mai immaginato di valutare un posto del genere. Sono stata allo sportello 5 e l'impiegato è stato scortese. Dopo aver spiegato cosa voglio fare, non ha capito una cosa che è assolutamente il suo lavoro, e soprattutto ha risposto in modo scortese e mi ha messo in imbarazzo tra tutte le persone intorno, e quando finalmente ha capito mi ha chiesto di andare sul loro sito e cercarlo. Logicamente non andrei a fare la coda se davvero trovassi una risposta chiara sul website. Vergogna! I never imagined I'd rate a place like this. I went to counter 5 and the clerk was rude. m	mario molinaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ segna la data di chiusura il sabato alle 12.35. mi e' stato negato l'accesso insieme ad altro cittadino alle 12.30 con la scusa che erano gia' in troppi dentro l'ufficio da un tale qualificatosi come Direttore. ho volutamente aspettato che uscisse l'ultimo cliente per segnare l'orario 12.50. marks the closing date on Saturday at 12.35. I was denied access together with another citizen at 12.30 with the excuse that there were already too many inside the office by a man who qualified as Director. I deliberately waited for the last customer to come out to mark 12.50.

Arrivo per pagare un bollettino,chiedo una penna per compilarlo. Mi dice che non ne ha,avrei dovuto a suo dire compilarlo a casa. Ho dovuto chiedere io al suo collega accanto una penna. Assolutamente indisponente la signora. Una vergogna che possa stare al pubblico It is my reference office, always found nice and very helpful people. This morning I find a lady named Simona G. L	Laura L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato per fare lo SPID. Ero fuori ad attendere il mio turno, perché non permettevano di stare dentro. Sono stata chiamata 22 minuti prima dell orario di prenotazione. Il tempo di rendermi conto che era il mio numero, scavalcare le persone fuori in attesa, non mi hanno voluto servire, perché era passato il mio turno (! Che in realtà era 21 minuti dopo). Scortesi e arroganti I had booked to do the SPID. I was outside waiting for my turn, because they didn't allow me to stay inside. I was called 22 minutes before the booking time. Time to realize it was my number, step over the people outside waiting, they didn't want to serve me, because my turn was past (which was actually 21 minutes later!). Rude and arrogant
A	Alessio D'Amato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ufficio postale veramente scadente compresa la direzione, mancata organizzazione, per un ritiro di una raccomandata datata 17/12/21 ad oggi 5/1/22 non si riesce neppure ad entrare per verificare se effettivamente è in giacenza. Ho dovuto fare addirittura una fila di 3 ore per effettuare solamente il controllo di giacenza al 29/12/20 ed arrivare al totem che rilascia il numero per accedere allo sportello e una volta lì davanti fatta la coda la raccomandata non è in giacenza...Che schifo...Oggi idem coda kilometrica senza neppure distanziamento fra le persone tutte ammassate e addirittura nuovamente senza numero che identifichi la precedenza fra l'uno e gli altri come avviene invece negli altri uffici postali normali neanche ti fanno prendere il numero per poi fare due commissioni e tornare dopo...solo ore di attesa...ma dai... che vergogna...buoni a nulla...E fu così chè la raccomandata tornerà al mittente... Come può avere valore di notifica sto servizio del c...o A really poor post office including the management, lack of organization, for a collection of a registered letter dated 17/12/21 to today 5/1/22 it is not even possible to enter to check if it is actually in stock. How disgusting ... Today ditto a kilometric queue without even distancing between the people all crowded together and even again without a number that identifies the precedence between one and the other as it happens in other normal post offices not even make you take the number for then run two errands and come back later ... only hours of waiting ... but come on ... what a shame ... good for nothing ... L	Lino Bombolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sempre avere le poste sotto casa è un privilegio, nonostante abbia molto di cui lamentarmi vengo qui da anni solo per comodità: a volte gli operatori allo sportello si distraggono al cellulare, a volte le attese sono lunghe e spesso le code sono irregolari tra chi prenota e non. Senza contare il fatto che dal 1 febbraio 2022 ci vuole il futilissimo e fuorviante green pass per accedere ai servizi (per questo una stella in meno), ciò non ci salva da potenziali focolai di covid e ulteriori sospensioni dei servizi a queste poste come già accaduto. Large and bright post office with several counters. Friendly and helpful staff. Very busy with often exhausting waiting times.
