★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had breakfast here, it took almost 30 minutes until we got a panino and a cappuchino… at 8.15 in a little busy time. The coffee is okay but we definitely had lots of better coffees in florence.

Really impressed with courteous staff and our coffee was fantastic.
It has a small outdoor seating arrangements and do claim to have free wifi for customers but in our case wifi did not work. But I am sure it's fixable.
We recommend going here for a glass of wine or coffee.

I paid 8,5 euro for a cappuccino and a tiramisú. The drink was correct but the sweet not tasty. It costs 1,3 and 3 euros, but if you sit down in the local, you have to pay a lot of many. A really bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What poor customer service. The waitress with a neck tattoo was so rude and gave bad looks for no reason. Really slow service. Did not experience any bad experiences in Florence compared to here. Absolutely disgusting and appalling service. AVOID!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the atmosphere, good coffee, and cozy terrace with a plants. The service was great, and the variety of coffee served in the ambiance was very satisfying. Internet connection is very fast and is unlimited as well. We will be back again! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soooo good and the atmosphere it's kind of high-class feeling. ? The food was quality and great! Prices are just right, I don't know what all those other people are talking about,.... probably inexperienced Travelers with no budget at all.
The staff was friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a nice time here. I sat down with my mother and husband and we ordered three cappuccino. They said they were no longer doing coffees, just liquor, but the owner came over quickly and said “no it’s ok, we can do it. It’s cold outside”. We didn’t make a fuss or anything, he just so sweetly accommodated us. That was so appreciated. As someone in the hospitality industry I know how much little things like that can make people’s day and he made ours by that kind gesture. I also had an Aperol Spritz and we got two bottles of wine to go that he recommended since we wanted a Barolo.
