β β β β β We've stayed here twice and the staff are friendly, polite and patient with my basic Italian! Last visit were given a roof top room with brilliant views of St. Peters. Immaculately clean. Wonderful breakfast. For us - when in Rome - it Hotel 21!

β β β β β We were staying in a double deluxe room with a terrace on the 5th floor.
Everything was perfect, the restarurant inside and outside was excellent and the staff was very kind and helpful.
The hotel is very close to everything, within 15-20 walking distance.
The hotel is wheelchair accessible.
I can recommend this hotel to everyone!!! β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

β β β β β We made the reservation on the Hotelβs website back on January 26,2022 for $760 eu for May 30 thru June 2, 2022.
On April 28, 2022 our reservation was canceled by Hotel Twenty One and we asked for proof of our Cancellation. When they sent us proof, the sent the same email to us as proof of cancellation.
I checked the website and noticed the hotel price moved up to $960 eu. I would hate to think that Hotel automatically cancel our reservation because they can make more money off our room.
This is unacceptable the way they treat foreign guess.

β β β β β Stayed 4 nights. Our bathroom had an odor, the air-conditioning was turned of because it was winter (we stayed Aug 17- 21, 2021). The night's are cool if you keep the windows open which we had to do every night, if not you were hot inside the room. The noise coming from outside because our room faced the street which I loved, however it was hard to sleep.
Staff gave the best service. Breakfast was great beyond traditional continental, however I would recommend having dinner there.
You can get the bus directly from the airport for only $9 Euro. You just have to walk 7 minutes from the drop off stop which is a easy walk. Lots of stores around, food and clothing. Grocery store is only 2 min walk down the street.
