β β β β β Good location! Near to mostly of the tourist places. Good Wi-Fi. I would come here again if I go to Roma in the future.

β β β β β This apartment only pro is that it's cheap as you can get to be right next to down main part of Rome. The WiFi is aweful and only works on lobby as you find everyone out in lobby using it. The doors are a fire hazard as you could be locked inside. No AC for hot days. Only 2 or 3 outlets, all seem to be not safe. It's not bad if you only plan to sleep there, but be warned why it's cheap

β β β β β Nothing fancy, but really cool for its prize and the location is totally awesome.
During our holiday we visited all the famous places in Rome and we didn't even had to use public transport, just for the airport transfer.
I would recommend it to students and those who are searching for a place to sleep and low price without the need of luxury.

β β β β β This hotel was very uncomfortable. It had no air conditioning, a ceiling fan that did not work, no wifi in the rooms, and a sketchy elevator with two doors. It was a hassle to enter the hotel as it had these large pompous gates, and the hotel itself was only on the 6th floor. There were stairs in the room JUST to go to the restroom and there is a cabinet with drawers that are completely shut (just for decoration?) The beds were extremely small and I kept kicking the wall at night. Although it didn't overflow, the shower and sink kept filling up with water every time they were turned on. You need a key to lock the room from the INSIDE, which seemed pretty ridiculous to me. It was a hassle to even lock the door, as the handle seemed as if it was about to break with every turn. The window by the bed was in a really bad place as the person who sleeps there will continuously hit their head when the window is open. One of the outlets was near the ceiling and it was impossible to reach unless you're somewhat tall. I would NOT recommend staying here.

β β β β β This review is for The Boutique Hotel on the 6th floor, which was newly renovated. Don't listen to the old negative reviews from years ago, they don't do this place justice. The staff was very welcoming and professional, room was relatively spacious, modern and clean. The location is in a nice neighborhood and within easy walking distance to the Vatican city. The hotel is in an older building, and the lift is small but charming unless you have a lot of luggage. Breakfast is on 1st floor, not fancy but clean and good quality, all you need for a good start to your day in Rome. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back one day.

β β β β β I just stayed a week here, and it was perfect for my needs in Rome. The neighborhood is quite nice (best gelato I tried was the the gelateria right around the corner) and the hotel itself is renovated with modern furnishings and AC. The Wifi was fast and reliable. And the bed was very comfortable, something that I often find isn't the case in Italy, even at the nicest hotels. I especially wanted to write this review because after I booked, I saw the average star rating on google and was a little worried I had made a mistake - BUT - the negative reviews are clearly from an old hotel in the same location and are not in reference to the hotel now. Make sure to sort by date so you see the current reviews! Also, in case you are leaving Rome late in the evening as I did, ask about keeping the room for the day. There is a small charge, but it was so worth it to be able to come back and shower/get ready for dinner after the day in the city.

β β β β β Love this hotel, it is freshly renovated and the rooms are just great. This is a wonderful safe area I stay in every time I'm in Rome off the tourist path. Stephano is the most Gracious Host you could ever ask for and will go out of his way to accommodate you. He tracked my flight and made sure I arrived at the airport easily and confirmed when I was on my way to the hotel so he could meet me at the door. This place knows service! I booked the suite for my honeymoon and was not disappointed at all. The building does face the main road so their is some road noise but nothing unusual by roman standards.
I'd like to than Stephano for his hospitality and would highly encourage and recommend others who are viewing this listing to book it!

β β β β β Named as Boutique Hotel.
The Staff (including owner) was so nice and helpful during our stay.
Very clean and convenient.
Location is just right: 5-10 minute walking distance to both historic centre and Vatican + very close to public transport.
