L'appartamento è al 6° piano, l'ascensore arriva al 5°, 1 piano da fare a piedi.
Pulito e ordinato.
Necessita di una seria manutenzione.
Solo al nostro arrivo, all'atto della consegna dell'appartamento, l'incaricato si è accorto che il frigo era guasto.
Dobbiamo lodare l'ottimo servizio offerto da Marco per ovviare al problema, ci ha gentilmente messo a disposizione un altro appartamento poco distante (1 fermata di metro) e ha provveduto a procurare un frigorifero nuovo per il giorno successivo. Per compensare i disguidi subiti ci è stato offerto uno sconto (~10%) sulla tariffa finale.
Muffa in bagno sopra la vaschetta di accumulo dello scarico del water, che manca del coperchio, e sopra la doccia.
La ventola di aspirazione del bagno (cieco), che si vede nelle foto pubblicitarie, non c'è più.
La televisione prende solo i canali locali, a giudizio del tecnico, per un problema all'antenna.
Una manopola del fornello a gas era rotta.
Giudizio a tinte chiaro-scure, buono per posizione e gestione degli imprevisti, migliorabile la manutenzione.

The apartment is on the 6th floor, the elevator goes to the 5th, 1 floor to do on foot.
Clean and tidy.
It needs a serious maintenance.
Only upon our arrival, at the time of handing over the apartment, the person in charge noticed that the fridge was broken.
We must commend the excellent service offered by Marco to remedy the problem, he kindly provided us with another apartment nearby (1 subway stop) and proceeded to procure a new fridge for the next day. To compensate for the problems suffered, we were offered a discount (~ 10%) on the final rate.
