S	Shiva Vision on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would be a very nice hotel if they would clean the rooms. It was all dusty when we came and it always stayed dusty after "cleaning". Also, a drink I had left a very visible mark on the table and they didn't wipe that for days, proving that they usually don't wipe the surfaces and that they don't look around. I don't know what they're doing besides making the bed and changing the toilet paper. Even on day 4 or 5, after letting them in every day, when my pants or other changed clothes touched the floor they would immediately be very dusty at that spot.

The only issue that I have is that on the day of checking in we did not have certain standard amen in the bathroom ( they provide soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers) of which, the hand soap, bath soap and shampoo were empty. We did call reception for new supplies, we were given 2 small bars of soap which is not sufficient as we are leaving on the 3rd April. To make matters worse, when we leave the room in the mornings, and the staff is cleaning adjacent rooms ,we have seen the refills for these items in their carts, yet ours haven't been replaced in 3 days, despite being empty and reported to reception.
P	Pim P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked two rooms. In general NH Hotel Roma Centre is a nice hotel. Unfortunately there are quite a few negatives after a stay of 5 days. Plus: - modern look - good breakfast - nice location - 1 of the 2 rooms was neat and modern Negatives: - shower in one of the bathrooms was not working properly - almost all elevators did not work well or not at all - room door was open after cleaning, so valuables were exposed - one of the rooms was not clean on arrival - 1 of the rooms still had to be cleaned 2 hours after check-in (after 3 hours)

I booked with a Costco package and was unable to receive the amenities promised in the package. After requesting the upgraded amenities I was told they would probably be found in the room they were not, I did receive the one free drink The other amenities they did not know anything about and said they would look into it never heard anymore. That said the upgraded junior suite was very nice and spacious. Breakfast was available and adequate. Table service available for drinks with indifferent slow service

And the Â¿fridgeÂ¿ does not keep anything remotely cool - front desk staff told me it was only for Â¿mini barÂ¿ not refrigeration. They refused to provide me with fridge
A	Aileen Freiburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here during our trip to Rome. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the metro. There is also a pharmacy nearby to get your covid test for travel requirements. The layout of the hotel is odd. We were assigned to a room where we had to cross a bridge and go through what looked like a fire exit to get to our room. The room is big and seems pretty new. The design of the shower area could be improved as it's very tight compared to the size of the room and the shower head was faulty. The door to the room was heavy, and we had to do a slam to close it entirely.
