 It was a wonderful day. We rented 3 wonderful electric mtbs! Very kind owner even gave us his precious bike because they were finished! 50 km in the green that we will never forget!

We rented 2 Pinarellos, and they were cleaned, oiled and ready to roll.
Elisabeth was throughout the process helpful and service minded:
She communicated friendly and answered our questions right away.
The delivery, pick-up and service during the rental period was highly recommendable.
We will anytime in the future rent bikes at Tuscany Bicycle, because the bikes were top class, and Elisabeth was so helpful.

We were looking for a bike rental that would also rent out premium full suspension MTB e-bikes. Turns out it’s not that easy to find in Tuscany. But almost by accident we found this brand new shop & rental service.
We initially went in just to scout what is on offer, but 20 mins later walked out with a bike for my son to rent. They went out of their way to help us, installing new pedals on the bike, providing us with a lock and helping us to fit the bike our car. The owner Elizabeth is great with customers and knows her way around her stock. All the other staff were super nice as well.

Large parking. Garmin to rent. Riding clothes to buy in the city center store.
We rented 2 gravels and one road bike.
For sure we will come back to this store.
