★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great communication with email prior to our trip. Great service when we picked up the bikes. We had a great time in our 4 days of cycling in the area. A word of advice: the small county roads in Tuscany are often unpaved (Strade Bianche) and VERY steep. So hybrid bikes are a must. The ones we had had very low gear, which helped tremendously. Prices were good too (25 euros per day)

The bikes were of high quality and reliable (we had one ebike and one hybrid) but what set this shop apart was the excellent service. We got a recommendation on a lovely route through the countryside with a garmin GPS to direct us. Every aspect of our experience was considered. Thank you so much for creating a amazing experience for us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service and gorgeous bike shop. You may want to visit just to gawk at the Bianchi above the counter. Massimilliano saved my bike trip after my luggage was lost and he hooked me up with shoes and great in less than 30 minutes. Solid selection of shoes, clothing, and parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to get my brakes bleeded. They did it quickly and at a reasonable price. They also found my pads were worn and replaced them at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this shop. Also they told me where to go for a gravel ride.
