It was nerve racking at first, but once we hit the country roads it got along easier. Great customer service! Thank you so much!!!

Tried calling and texting but got no response. We waited for more then an hour!! We even met there two guys who rented a car and tried to return it but got no response as well. Until now, they did not call or texted to apologise. NOT RECOMMENDED

P	Peter Schönefeld on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had reserved a scooter and wanted to pick it up at 10 a.m., which was okayed by the owner the day before. When I arrived at the office, no-one was there. No-one except another couple who had reserved a car and had paid in advance. Yet another couple, I heard, had been trying to give back their rental car for half an hour. Spoiler alert, they wouldn't be able to do so for another hour. How I know that? Well, together with the couple who waited for their reserved car, I waited there until past 11 a.m. Of course we didn't only wait, we tried to reach someone several times, with no success (neither phone/Whatsapp number displayed in the window of the office worked). To be fair, the owner of the business apologized to me a couple of hours later. But by then, I had already decided to try out another scooter rental service. Needless to say, I had to cut my trip short because I wasted two hours standing before an empty office and trying to find an alternative. Please draw your own conclusions. On a side note, some scooters were missing mirrors; I am not quite sure what to think about that...
