Great car. Pickup and drop process was seamless and the staff very friendly. Would be a five but for my suspicion that we might have paid for the insurance twice.

Good location about a 10 minute walk from train station. One of us stayed with bags at train station and one got the car then drove to pickup bags, worked well. Located on NE side of Siena, easy to leave Siena from here. Parking in the town of Siena is hard to find. Car was in great shape and fairly new.

We made our reservations before we left the USA. Driving in a new country for the first time can be challenging. The staff at both Pisa and Siena were exceptionally helpful. When we picked up our car in Pisa, he went over the car completely and was so friendly. When we safely arrived 10 days later in Siena, the fellow who checked us in was kind to call a taxi so we could make it way up to the center of town. If you need a car in Italy definitely use Hertz Noleggio.

Scammed me online by accepting my card when I made the reservation online yet when I went to go get the car, the staff member told me I was too young and wouldn't let me simply change the name of the reservation to someone with me who was over 21. The staff member was extremely unhelpful and was quite literally incapable of doing anything to help us besides telling us to make a new reservation and lose all my money or to call customer service. Terrible experience overall and they scammed me out of 110 euro.

Gianni and the rest of the staff are some of the nicest people I know. They have always been very available in assisting me with any last minute changes or inquiries, very friendly, and professional. Some reviewers below don't seem to understand that Hertz employees are obligated to impose a surcharge for arriving late, and it has everything to do with internal policy guidelines. I will miss these folks, hope to return and see you all once again soon! :^)

Mixed experience. On one hand, after an online pre-paid reservation, we were expecting to have our car ready to get at our arrival, but, to our surprise, we had to wait for more than two hours. On the other hand, the staff was helpful when we faced difficulties, and this is something to deeply appreciate.

Close to train station. Quick service. Unfortunately I was given a much larger car than I asked for, which made driving the Italian roads a bit more challenging. They had no small cars in stock even though that’s what I had ordered :/

Charged me for 4 extra days and I am still trying to get it resolved 3 Months later! Beware of dropping off at this location - the website may say they are open, the rep in the phone when you reserve may say they are open , but don’t be surprised when you arrive there to drop off and the door is locked, you out your key in the drop box and leave the car where the sign on the door says too, and then see your bill several days later with extra charges for however many arbitrary days they want to tag on. And then good luck trying to leave a message or get ahold of anyone. Awful customer service. Never again
