★ ★ ★ ★ ★ used these guys twice during our 2 week stay in Tuscany. found them to be easy to deal with and very professional. they came to our rescue after budget let us down last minute but that left us with paying double the price compared to what you get online.Make sure you ask all the questions you need to regarding the car They only seem to go through the very basics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. Customer service if non-existent. Agents do not pick up the phone, they hang up on you, and they are rude. Our vehicle broke down and it was a challenge to get someone to respond. Finally told us that they could not bring us a new car and we would have to find our own way back to the nearest office. We were 8 people in a very small town in Italy with no taxi service available. The agent told us that it was not her problem.
I will be fueling a formal complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our rental car was dirty both inside and out. It was not vacuumed or washed from the previous rental.
The staff did not even walk out to show us the car. It would have been helpful to receive a basic overview of the car.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM Artists! Sales guy tried to trick me into buying their overpriced insurance by PRETENDING that my credit card was being declined. Said: maybe it will work if you buy the insurance. When I called my credit card company, they said they didn't receive any charge requests. He was just PRETENDING to charge my card!!! When I had my card agent on the line, SUDDENLY, it worked.
The guy is a crook. However, all the other sales people listened and watched, so they are all complicit. This location is just.a tourist SCAM and needs to be avoided. Would give -1000 stars if I could!
