C	Carlo Pistolesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio e veramente scorretti. Ho chiamato il tecnico per far sostituire il selettore dei programmi di una lavatrice. Al momento della chiamata ho indicato marca e modello. È venuto il tecnico senza ricambi e mi ha detto che era rotto il selettore ( grazie, lo avevo chiamato apposta!!!). Mi ha proposto di cambiare anche il blocco della porta ma io gli ho detto che mi intesessava solo il selettore. Non ha fatto il lavoro perché non aveva il pezzo di ricambio.Allora cosa è venuto a fare? Totale 50€. Very bad service and really incorrect. The technician came without spare parts and told me that the selector was broken (thanks, I called him on purpose !!!). He offered to change the door lock as well, but I told him that only the selector was used. He didn't do the job because he didn't have the spare part. So what did he come for? Total € 50.
M	Massimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavasciuga Beko acquistata appena da 2 anni e con pochissimo uso ma purtroppo fuori garanzia alla modica cifra di 700 euro consigliatissima dalla ditta N. R. Service da una settimana è ferma. Rotta la scheda elettronica e ci vorranno 3 settimane per averla. Costo preventivato circa 200 euro. Nessun riconoscimento dalla Beko ne tantoneno dalla N. R. Service. Lascio a voi ogni altra considerazione. Beko washer-dryer purchased just for 2 years and with very little use but unfortunately out of warranty at the modest sum of 700 euros highly recommended by the company N. R. Service has been standing for a week. Broken the electronic card and it will take 3 weeks to get it. Estimated cost around 200 euros. No recognition from Beko nor from N. R. Service. I leave any other consideration to you.

Mi stanno facendo tribolare per un pezzo di un frigo Beko, dicono che quel tipo di frigo non lo porta e invece la Beko mi ha detto di sì!! The time does not match !! C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza per un pezzo di ricambio HAIER: soldi SUBITO ma l'ordine sarebbe stato inserito qualche giorno dopo con un solo pezzo in magazzino e quindi con il rischio di non trovarlo........ E questa si chiama ASSISTENZA?!?!? Quando cambierò un elettrodomestico controllerò che non siano loro a fare "assistenza"! Bad experience for a HAIER spare part: money IMMEDIATELY but the order would have been placed a few days later with only one piece in stock and therefore with the risk of not finding it ........ And this is called ASSISTANCE ?! ?!? When I change an appliance I will check that they are not doing "assistance"!

Incompetenti ed oltre. €.50 solo per la chiamata e lo smontaggio del pezzo della lavatrice, il costo mi hanno detto comprendeva il rimontaggio del pezzo nuovo che sarebbe stato disponibile in 2/3 giorni. Chiamo dopo 5 giorni e mi dicono che il pezzo non viene più prodotto, ho chiesto di riavere €.20 del rimontaggio, mi hanno detto che non potevano, mi hanno ridato il pezzo e si sono tenuti i soldi. Ho rimontato io la lavatrice stringendo bene tutto e rifunziona bene. Quindi anche falsi per non dire di peggio. Da togliere dal mercato.... Disastrous experience with NR Service. Incompetent and beyond. € .50 just for the call and disassembly of the washing machine part, the cost they told me included the replacement of the new part which would be available in 2/3 days. I call after 5 days and they tell me that the piece is no longer produced, I asked for € .20 of the replacement, they told me they couldn't, they gave me the piece back and they kept the money. I reassembled the washing machine, tightening everything well and it works well. So even fake to say the least. To be removed from the market ....

Il tecnico è stato cortese e molto competente spiegandomi per filo e per segno il problema che ha causato la rottura del mio elettrodomestico (che purtroppo ho dovuto sostituire) e prodigandosi per trovarne uno nuovo di mio gradimento con urgenza.
