G	Giovanna Masia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 7 chiamate in 15 giorni, 4 interventi presso il domicilio + 1 presso il loro laboratorio + una spesa esagerata che non mi è stata comunicata prima di fare l'intervento. Dulcis in fondo : dopo la riparazione in laboratorio, la lavatrice whirlpool sesto senso 8 kg (vita circa 8 anni), risultava ancora mal riparata: l'abbocco del filtro non era fissato e quindi faceva vibrare la pompa. Dopo l'ennesima chiamata.... la pompa è stata semplicemente fissata con una fascetta di plastica..... visto che o in laboratorio non hanno rimontato il supporto di fissazione oppure si è rotto durante il loro intervento. Premetto che la pompa continua a vibrare. Mi ero riservata di saldare (già pagati € 90 su € 245) dopo un congruo periodo di prova ed osservazione. La prima chiamata l'ho fatta il 30 maggio 2017, l'ultimo intervento il 15 giugno 2017...... In data odierna 29 giugno 2017 sono stata sollecitata al saldo della ricevuta :"altrimenti torniamo a rimmeterle il suo motore rotto"!!! Fate le vostre considerazioni!! After 7 calls in 15 days, 4 interventions at home + 1 at their laboratory + an exaggerated expense that was not communicated to me before doing the intervention. Last but not least: after repairing in the laboratory, the 8 kg six-sense whirlpool washing machine (life approximately 8 years) was still poorly repaired: the filter intake was not fixed and therefore caused the pump to vibrate. After the umpteenth call .... the pump was simply fixed with a plastic clamp ..... since either in the laboratory they did not reassemble the fixation support or it broke during their intervention. I state that the pump continues to vibrate. I had reserved to pay (already paid € 90 on € 245) after a reasonable period of trial and observation. The first call I made on May 30, 2017, the last intervention on June 15, 2017 ...... Today, June 29, 2017 I was asked to pay the balance of the receipt: "otherwise we will return to restore your broken engine" !!! Make your considerations !!
G	Gabriele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso dare stelle in negativo sennò sarebbero almeno -10 stelle. 3 settimane di attesa...2 volte che devono venire alla prima hanno fatto 2 ore di ritardo alla seconda invece hanno dato direttamente buca...servizio peggiore credo non esista visto che nemmeno si prendono la briga di avvisare il cliente dei loro ritardi...se non chiami te loro non ti dicano nulla di nulla. I cannot give negative stars otherwise they would be at least -10 stars. 3 weeks of waiting ... 2 times that they have to come to the first they were 2 hours late to the second instead they gave them directly ... worst service I believe does not exist since they do not even bother to inform the customer of their delays. ..if you don't call them they won't tell you anything at all.

Occhio che la concorrenza esiste.... In addition to work and call rights, I paid 40 euros for a porthole gasket while it is on online sales for about 10 euros .... Eye that the competition exists ....
G	Gabriele Kiryel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 settimane di attesa per risolvere un problema ad un frigo. Arrivati con oltre 2 ore di ritardo per non risolvere niente e rifissare una data. Data rifissata e non si sono nemmeno presentati. Non ti avvisano se faranno ritardo perché è troppa fatica avvisare il cliente che fanno tardi devi essere tu stesso a cercarli e sperare che arrivino entro 2 ore di ritardo se hai fortuna. Vorrei darvi ancora meno stelle ma non è concesso. Di per certo mi è concesso dirvi che fate ridere e schifo! Unica e ultima volta che mi rivolgerò a persone così inaffidabili come voi! 3 weeks of waiting to solve a problem with a fridge. Arrived over 2 hours late to solve nothing and fix a date. Date fixed and they didn't even show up. They do not warn you if they are late because it is too much effort to warn the customer that they are late you have to be the one to look for them and hope that they arrive within 2 hours late if you are lucky. a	andrea pecciarini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire... Credo che la loro fortuna sia il fatto che in zona siano i soli autorizzati per questi marchi altrimenti nessuno li chiamerebbe. La persona che si occupa di prendere gli appuntamenti è di una professionalità discutibile. Venuti 3 volte per riparare il frigo e l'unica cosa che sono stati in grado di dire è che non si può riparare senza fare molti sforzi per vedere di cosa si trattasse. Dovrò acquistare un nuovo frigo e mi trovo nella situazione di scegliere il modello in base a chi deve vermi eventualmente a fare l'assistenza.. What can I say ... I think their luck is the fact that in the area they are the only ones authorized for these brands, otherwise no one would call them. The person in charge of making the appointments is of questionable professionalism. Came 3 times to fix the fridge and the only thing they were able to say is that it can't be fixed without putting a lot of effort to see what it was.
