★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francamente ci sono stato tante volte e nonostante io sia una persona appassionata di elettronica e tecnologia varia non ho mai trovato nulla di che tranne qualche cavo per cellulari o accessori vari. I prezzi e le occasioni ovviamente variano in base alle offerte e i periodi. Per le spese grosse preferisco andare altrove. Cmq il personale sembra cordiale e qualificato.
Frankly, I have been there many times and although I am a person passionate about electronics and various technology, I have never found anything other than some cables for mobile phones or various accessories. Prices and occasions obviously vary according to offers and periods. For big expenses I prefer to go elsewhere. Anyway the staff seems friendly and qualified.

As far as the Telephony department is concerned, Francesco B. represents the best person in charge from every point of view: professionally trained, courteous, always attentive to the customer's needs. Congratulations because you rarely meet sellers like him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per comprare un telefono e come sempre al banco telefonia ho trovato un ragazzo al quale dai quasi fastidio(non è la prima volta che lo trovo) i telefoni non si possono vedere accesi e lui non spiega le caratteristiche del telefono e non si appassiona minimamente alla vendita. Sto andando da trony a poggibonsi a comprare il telefono che voi avevate in vetrina. Fossi nei dirigenti starei più attenta alla cortesia dei dipendenti, visto che non vendono pane,ma roba da 200 in su.
I went to buy a phone and as always at the phone counter I found a guy who almost annoys (it's not the first time I've found him) the phones can't be seen on and he doesn't explain the features of the phone and he doesn't get passionate minimally to the sale. I'm going from trony to poggibonsi to buy the phone you had in the window. If I were in the executives, I would be more attentive to the courtesy of the employees, since they do not sell bread, but stuff from 200 upwards.

This morning I went to buy a phone seen in promotion on the black Friday flyer. I showed the flyer to the salesman who replied that the product was not on offer as reported "and let me get the discount from whoever had printed the flyer" ..
