Ho ricevuto una fattura con i costi raddoppiati rispetto a quelli dichiarati e soprattutto, andando in un'altro centro tim mi hanno detto che per prendere il telefono a rate non serviva nemmeno tutta la procedura che mi hanno fatto fare, aggiungerei inutilmente, tanto che alla fine per prendere jn telefono ho dovuto, appunto, cambiare negozio. Risposta del proprietario inutile e fuori luogo in quanto si da per certo che un cliente sia incompetente. So bene che è uguale in ogni negozio la procedura della rateizzazione, proprio per questo dico che avete attivato delle cose non necessarie. Un po di umiltà quando si risponde alle critiche servirebbe a crescere. Invece leggo la stessa linea in ogni risposta a ogni critica che non vi piace. Arronganza e supponenza. E la fattura non è doppia per il mese doppio, purtroppo so ancora leggere, lo è perche l'offerta non ha il prezzo che avete detto in fase di sottoscrizione. Con questo basta e spero che serva per capire che non sempre il cliente si diverte solo a criticare. Buona serata I will never go back to this place.
