Il negozio gestisce Wind e Vodafone (telefonia) oltre a vendere accessori per pc (cartucce per stampanti, le stesse stampanti ecc) È possibile effettuare i pagamenti delle fatture telefoniche evitando il costo del bollettino postale (1,50 €) Personale competente e cordiale per info su costi tariffe e quanto altro. Un poco scomodo l'orario di apertura mattutino (apre alle 10.00) Olitec shop, a company specialized in PC assistance and installation for over 20 years. The shop manages Wind and Vodafone (telephony) as well as selling pc accessories (printer cartridges, the same printers, etc.) It is possible to pay telephone bills avoiding the cost of the postal order (€ 1.50) Competent and friendly staff for info on costs, rates and more. A little inconvenient the morning opening hours (opens at 10.00)

Portato al negozio a fine luglio, inviato alla assistenza e riconsegnato dopo una settimana dicendo di aver risolto il problema, ma con lo schermo rotto dal tecnico, ad onor del vero segnalato dal negoziante e con promessa di riparazione a loro spese. Mia figlia il giorno dopo, un sabato, si rende conto che il problema persiste, per cui riporta il pc al negozio il lunedì, facendo presente l'urgenza della riparazione e le viene promessa la riconsegna entro la fine della settimana. Chiama ieri per sapere se il pc fosse pronto e la risposta è negativa, la consegna avverrà il 26/08, con la riapertura del negozio dopo le ferie e quindi con due ulteriori settimane di ritardo. Stamani il negoziante si è mostrato assolutamente impermeabile ad ogni nostra richiesta per un muletto, non ne aveva, ma soprattutto alla nostra richiesta di provare a contattare l'assistenza per tentare di sensibilizzare il tecnico, ha dimostrato un assoluto disinteresse. Inoltre, la consegna non è garantita al 26, come affermato al telefono, ma dal 26, quando il tecnico tornerà dalle ferie e riprenderà a lavorarci. Il risultato è che dalla settimana originaria, mia figlia resterà senza pc per un mese e forse più nel periodo in cui deve scrivere la tesi. Siamo profondamente delusi e mai più mi rivolgerò alla OLITEC di Poggibonsi. My daughter the next day, a Saturday, realizes that the problem persists, so she takes the pc back to the store on Monday, pointing out the urgency of the repair and promises to return it by the end of the week. Call yesterday to know if the PC was ready and the answer is negative, delivery will take place on 26/08, with the shop reopening after the holidays and then with two additional weeks of delay. This morning the shopkeeper showed himself completely impervious to all our requests for a forklift, he had none, but above all to our request to try to contact the assistance to try to make the technician aware, he showed an absolute disinterest. Furthermore, the delivery is not guaranteed on the 26th, as stated on the phone, but from the 26th, when the technician will return from vacation and will resume working on it. The result is that from the original week, my daughter will be without a pc for a month and maybe more in the period in which she has to write the thesis. We are deeply disappointed and will never again turn to the OLITEC of Poggibonsi.
