★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spontan über unser Hotel noch zwei Vespa angefragt und bekommen. Super Tour vom Mitarbeiter empfohlen bekommen, mit richtig schönen Ausblicken und noch einen Rabatt, da wir uns ja recht spät für eine kleine Ausfahrt entschieden hatten. Absolut empfehlenswert.
 Spontaneously requested and received two Vespa through our hotel. Great tour recommended by the employee, with really beautiful views and a discount, as we decided quite late for a small excursion. Highly Recommended.

De datum verzetten naar 1 dag later wegens regenachtig weer was geen probleem, daarna een hele mooie dag beleefd veel gezien en echt van genoten.
Vespa mooi en prima in orde, een perfecte en correcte service.
Rented a Vespa for the two of us in July.
Changing the date to 1 day later due to rainy weather was no problem, after that a very nice day, saw a lot and really enjoyed it.
Vespa beautiful and fine, a perfect and correct service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever rent from here. The guys are highly unprofessional. They charged us EUR 800 for the damage we did not cause. They did not even inform us about this extra charge when we returned the bike. They charged us only the rent amount when we returned the bike and then they charged us EUR 800, 3 hours after returning the bike. When we called to ask, they said that the damage was done by us and there is no way we can prove that it was not caused by us. And on top of it the guy said we should have taken the photographs of the bike before accepting it. True! We learnt a lesson at cost of EUR 800. It's almost a cost you pay to buy a vespa in India.
Even after reading this if you still wish to rent from here at least take the photographs of bike / car and get them signed by the person on duty before accepting the rental.

Great service (including great lunch tip in Castellina). Highly recommend Gabriele and his services and team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service, we rented Vespa for 1 day, the scooter was in good condition the service was great, we received the map with recommended route, and tips what to visit. There is a parking on the premise so you can leave the car there for the time of rental. As for me discovering Tuscany on the scooter is much better than by car, the view is much better and you don`t have any problem with parking.
