Bei einer Reifenpanne stellten wir fest, dass beide mitgegebenen Ersatzschläuche bereits undicht waren. Ebenfalls war ein Ersatzschlauch nicht passend für das geliehne e-bike. Bis neuer Schlauch vor Ort war vergingen ca. 2h, obwohl wir nicht weit gekommen sind. Auch hat der mitgegebebe Schlüssel für das Fahrradschloss nid gepasst. Bei der Rückgabe war der Laden geschlossen, sodass wir uns nicht einmal beschweren konnten. Es wurde ein Junge vorgeschickt der die Räder entgegennahm, vom Vermieter war keine Spur mehr.

Unprofessional
In the event of a flat tire, we found that both of the replacement tubes provided were already leaking. A replacement tube was also not suitable for the e-bike we rented. It took about 2 hours for the new hose to arrive, although we didn't get far. The key given for the bike lock did not fit either. When we returned the shop was closed so we couldn't even complain. A boy was sent to take delivery of the bikes, there was no trace of the landlord.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very unhappy with the service received. We wanted to rent bikes for half a day, which their website states costs 25 euro. Seems like they don't care about their prices published online, at first we were told it was full day price or nothing, then we haggled down to half day price for 3 hour rental. We got a tiny map with one route highlighted on it, the person serving us didn't have anything to say about the proposed route, attractions or anything like that. He kept having to text someone to answer our questions, seemed like he didn't really work in the shop. The e-bikes worked fine.
