non Γ¨ una delusione,Γ¨ una conferma ! .salumi eccezzionali grazie ancora alla presenza del signor vincenzo che tale signore rimane.pessima esperienza per fornitura di carne, risolta con un rimborso,non senza essere preso in giro con video che negavano evidenza e sostenendo di avere mangiato la carne dopo che oltre ad essere rancida Γ¨ stata piu volte congelata e scongelata per i viaggi di spedizione perΓ² ,negando che la carne fosse veramente maleodorante e assolutamente non commestibile,mancava per altro della data di macellazione e di scadenza. da quello che vuol essere erede della macelleria con sprezzo della educazione e del buon modo di trattare i clienti .mai piu .

Cosa dire, non si ha la sensazione di entrare in un esercizio commerciale ma in una bottega di un artista. Un luogo senza tempo dove ad ogni parola, battuta o ammiccamento s'impara, si assaggia, si ascoltano consigli. Il livello dei prodotti venduti Γ¨ degno dei grandi artisti che "creano" nella bottega. (Vale il viaggio)
What to say, you don't have the feeling of entering a business but an artist's workshop. A timeless place where with every word, joke or wink you learn, taste, listen to advice. The level of products sold is worthy of the great artists who "create" in the workshop. (Worth the trip)

We got the salami and prosciutto for sandwiches and it was fantastic. Lorenzo was also very helpful and attentive.

Macelleria Chini is a wonderful small butchers shop owned by a most interesting and entertaining fellow (after all, Lorenzo is a NetFlix star... :) ). His fennel salami is about as good as it gets. His steak wonderful and pork without comparison. This is a true small town artisanal macelleria. If you are in Tuscany, it is worth the drive to Gaiole. You can get some cold cuts with a bit of bread (aka pannini) and have a fantastic lunch along with a decent coffee from the place a couple of doors away.
