★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in for a quick drink at lunch time on our way back to Florence and we were turned away (even though the restaurant was completely empty). They simply said “lunch only and not just drinks”. So not that welcoming!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with our four kids- bad idea. 2E/person cover charge. The food was good, but pricey and small portions, even for our kids who are not big eaters, all under 10 years old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price was good enough. The service was very good, since the waitresses were so friendly. The menu was just in italian and not easy to understand but the waitresses were nice and translated everything. The food was very tasty and the environment very nice.

The location on Google maps is totally wrong. It's a few km away fromfrom that location.
The place is very quiet and nice, the service nice but very slow. The food was HORRIBLE.
Had a dish that was called saffron pasta. That cook wouldn't know saffron if it jumped at him! The taste was really bad .it was just prepared with plain curcuma powder, so it got some yellow color.
It was the worst food I ve ever eaten in Italy.
I paid 18 euros for a small water and that strange pasta dish. Ridiculous. very expensive.
Not recommended at all.
No idea how that restaurant can get any good review. I felt betrayed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have eaten meals all over the world and this was literally one of the best. Wow! Especially the primi. We ordered some secondi that were a bit heavy for our tastes, but nonetheless quite good too. Fresh ingredients and the most delicious flavors. This is real Tuscan food. Highly highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good find in the middle of the Tuscan hills within driving distance from Florence. In the summer you will be eating outdoors under a covered area. This is tastefully decorated in a typical rustic style.
Food is your usual Tuscan fare: antipasti, primo (soup or carbs), secondo (meat) and dessert if you have room (unlikely).
Wine list gives ample choice and the priciest bottle is 50 euro. Expect to dine for 35-40euros a head.
