★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been years I come to Chianti and Maremma looking for some high quality and typical food, but worst restaurant than this I really haven't seen it yet, very slow at cooking (express takes time, they say) and food wasn't really good quality, very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is a bit out of the way but worth the extra traveling time if you're in the area. While obviously geared to locals, the host was very friendly and happy to interpret the menu for us. We shared the anchovies in olive oil, a hearty bean soup, white bean bruschetta, and a small plate of ribs with sausage. All was delicious.

Not the best service we were left for 45 mins after our plates were cleared off not knowing if there was dessert, how to get the bill, if they served hot drinks! All together vey disappointed - it was our last dinner in Italy and were so excited. We felt very unwelcome! There are better places around.
